To make these sauces special, virgin olive oil, cured bacon, dried pork loin, onion, garlic, parsley, sea salt, sugar and pepper are added to the tomato.

This way we obtain exquisite sauces which, together with our cooked snails and after mixing them well, we obtain an excellent dish in terms of quality and taste.
