As a complement to the snails we also offer two types of tomato sauces, one spicy and the other sweeter.

Ingredients

The tomato, garlic and parsley sauce is made with pieces of cured bacon. In this way we obtain a sauce with a spicy touch to accompany our snails.

The tomato and onion sauce is made with a sofrito of Figueres onion type and is accompanied by shavings of dried pork loin.

Both sauces are seasoned with virgin olive oil, a little black pepper, cane sugar and sea salt.

Format

The two sauces are a sterilised product. Store in a cool, dry place.

Expires one year after production date.
