The workshop

After more than a year of cooking tests and following the traditional methods of our area, we have produced a very tasty snail thanks to its elaboration process.

Only natural products and seasonings are used in the cleaning and cooking processes.

We present the snails in different sizes and packaging for retail sale in specialised establishments (butchers, delicatessens, grocery and gourmet shops). We also have a wholesale format for further preparation in restaurants, rotisseries and bars.
